General Registration

Registration is subject to organizer approval and event capacity. Submitted information must be accurate. Approved registrations may be checked in using the QR or registration ID provided by the system.

Vendor Terms

Retail kiosk fee is AED 250 and food kiosk fee is AED 300 for the 31 October event unless otherwise agreed in writing. Application does not guarantee approval or placement. Vendors are responsible for required permits, safe operations, cleanliness, staff conduct and compliance with organizer instructions.

Payment & Cancellation

Vendor payment status and approval are tracked separately. Any refund or cancellation conditions communicated by the organizer will apply to the relevant application.

Event Changes

Programme, timings, layout and activities may be adjusted for operational, safety or venue requirements.
