Please review these terms carefully before submitting a vendor application. By applying, you confirm that you have read and accepted the conditions below.

Important Notes

  • Retail Vendor Fee: AED 250
  • Food Kiosk Fee: AED 300
  • All payments are strictly non-refundable.
  • Vendor space is confirmed only after approval and full payment.
  • Stall allocation will be decided by UNOVERSE.
  • UNOVERSE does not guarantee visitor numbers, sales or revenue.
UNOVERSE Vendor Rules

Terms & Conditions

  1. Registration Approval

    All vendor applications are subject to approval by UNOVERSE.

  2. Payment

    Full payment is required to confirm the booking. All payments are non-refundable.

  3. Space Allocation

    Stall locations are assigned by UNOVERSE. Location requests or exchanges are not guaranteed.

  4. Setup Time

    Vendors must complete their setup before the market opens at 4:00 PM.

  5. Operating Hours

    Vendors must remain open during the required event hours and should not pack up early without approval.

  6. Vendor Display

    All products, branding, stock and equipment must remain within the allocated vendor space.

  7. Branding

    Roll-up banners and signage are allowed provided they do not block walkways, neighbouring vendors or event visibility.

  8. Stall Appearance

    Vendors must maintain a clean, attractive and professional setup suitable for the Halloween event.

  9. Approved Products Only

    Vendors may only sell products or services declared and approved during registration.

  10. Food Vendors

    Food kiosks must follow all applicable hygiene, food-safety, licensing and authority requirements.

  11. Electricity & Cooking Equipment

    Electrical appliances, cooking equipment, gas or special equipment must be declared and approved in advance.

  12. Cleanliness

    Vendors are responsible for keeping their stall and surrounding area clean and disposing of waste properly.

  13. Vendor Property

    Vendors are responsible for their own stock, cash, equipment and personal belongings.

  14. Safety & Liability

    Vendors are responsible for the safety of their products, equipment, staff and activities conducted at their stall.

  15. Organizer Rights

    UNOVERSE may relocate stalls, adjust event arrangements or remove vendors who breach event rules, safety requirements or organizer instructions.

Acceptance of Terms

Submitting a vendor application confirms that the applicant has read, understood and agreed to these Vendor Terms & Conditions.
